The joy of reading books, why one should read books

Studies shows that reading reduces stress, increasing intelligence and expands knowledge. Reading books helps to understand the world and we can learn how to lead our life. Reading books is important to improve the creativity. By reading books, we can also learn to think in different or unique way of any problem or in any  situation with the help of book knowledge.
By reading books we can learn how to behave and built our character in a good manner. I don't say to read only things about studies, there are different kind and interesting books. Some of them like comedy books which makes us laugh louder, story books which doesn't make feel lonely, history books about knowledge and some interesting facts about our ancient period, and novels which gives us some peaceful mind and reduces our depression.
Regular reading shows may benefits like it increases vocabulary and comprehension. By reading motivational books we can improve our self esteem. Reading books can improve concentration and memory. Reading books like fictional stories whick makes me live in imagination for a moment, I love to read those books and to live in imagination world , which always makes me feel happy and puts me in a good mood.
For me books are good friend, which makes us to learn our happiness and mistakes from our life and helps to learn good or bad things and helps to improve some kindness and humanity in ourselves.
" There is no friend as loyal as a book"
