THE JOY OF READING: 
  • Reading is an exercise for our mental health which keeps us brain engaging in several aspects. One does not get bored by reading. Based on our moods we can read the different genres of books as they are classified into two types. Those are: 1. Fictional Books, 2. Non-Fictional Books. In this, the subcategories are classified into many.  It comes under Story Books, Fairy tales, Fables, Folk Tales, Horror, Crime, Romantic, Comedy and etc. Basically, fictional books contain stories which are written by the author and Non-fictional books contains history.
 
Benefits Of Reading Books:
Improves Memory Processing.
Improves Relaxation.
Develops Good Writing.
 
There's a saying by "Charles William Eliot", i.e. "
Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers.”
 
Why One Should Read Books:

If we observe the habits of all the great entrepreneurs, we will find the habit of reading books is common in them. 
  • Reduces Stress
  • Ensures good mental health
  • Increases memory power and knowledge
  • Enhances speaking skills and vocabulary
  • Helps to live life deeply
​​​​​​​Reading books is one of the best habits you can build because books have some magic that can change your life. Books can help you reduce your stress, ensure good mental health, expand your imagination, increase knowledge, improve concentration, memory, and vocabulary, act as a source of enjoyment, improve analytical skills, program your subconscious mind, enhance your writing and speaking skills, learn from others’ mistakes, live a deep life, develop empathy, be a good person, have good habits, increase your productivity, be positive, confident, happy and at the end successful.
