Is it true that women are better managers than men

Women are more patient and composed while making decisions. It’s because of the way women are raised.
In general, women manage their work at home as well as at the office. Hence they are good at multitasking.
Women are more flexible and can adapt to any situation or adversity. It’s because they are taught from childhood to adjust to situations.
They are good time managers. As most women today manage work and home, they can prioritize their time well.
The number of female managers have steadily increased through the years. These are women who have decided for themselves to succeed as managers and leaders just as much as certain men who have decided to do the same.
Women's are habituated to problems from childhood so they can easily accept any kind of problem in job and they can think briefly to solve that problem.
Their IQs are very sharp . Women's ideologies are very different from men.
There few reasons why women are better managers :

  • Women are great listeners and communicators.
  • Women work even they are under pressure.
  • Women's will work with passion and also with more patience.
  • Whereever they work , they love their work place that was the best quality.
  • Women are more ethical.
  • Women are empathetic. Conclusion:The differences between women and men managers exist because of society’s way of raising men and women. Traditionally, women were encouraged to be empathetic, kind etc. and men were taught to be harsh and demanding. Now the situations are changing. Both boy and girl children are being raised equally. Hence in future, the differences between men and women in any field may not exist. Author :
