Introduction:
Womens are the backbone of families and communities.They provide care , support and nurturing to their families and are essential to the development of children.
Women also play a significant role in community building and often take on leadership roles in community organization.

It is true that women are better managers than men.
* They have abundant reserves of patience.
*They are more empathetic.
*They are great communication.
*They are better at engaging people.
*They appreciate good work more frequently.
 Women have all these qualities.They have management skills come naturally. It's in their nature to shoulder an entire burden of responsibility and handle everything producing perfect results.
Since managers have to deal with a team of people with different points of view and thinking,they need to have exceptional listening skills.women are better listeners.while men are not that great at doing a good job here, women usually tend to excel at having higher patience levels.
Empathy is an essential quality every manager must possess.women tend to understand their teammates issues better.They have highly efficient communication skills,they prove to be better at managing people.
Women are naturally good at networks and their flawless communication skills help them networks better.In today's time, making connections is quite essential to making you business grow with women managers.women leaders prove to be better at engaging their teams as compared to male managers.The primary reason for a better engagement ratio as compared to men is their powerful observation skills.
Conclusion
Women managers pay extreme attention to details and hence notice a good job immediately.They take all responsibility and give motivation to their teammates.They produce a good vibrations over there.
Empowering women leads to improved health , increased economic growth and poverty reduction.
Think like a queen .A queen is not afraid to fail.Failure is another stepping stone to greatness.
