The first and foremost Important thing is, students should be given practical knowledge. The curriculum should be framed according to the present needs of the world. There has to be a change in the system for the employment of teachers and faculty. Teachers and faculty should be knowledgeable for which they should give proper training. Overall development of a child has to be considered, and importance should be given to bringing out a total holistic development of the children.
