Books have got all your needs. People may leave or cheat you, but books won’t. They will be your buddies at your tough times. Reading books can broaden your ideology. Reading books gives you immense pleasure. Some books have stories to tell to the world. All the emotions are squeezed into pages. Reading quality books enhances your analytical skills and you can observe progress in your assessment and decision making. It enhances the cognitive abilities of the readers. A well-read person will always be respected and given the first priority. He definitely stands out from the crowd and will grab the better opportunities. Reading books will make you aware of the different mind sets in the present world.

We often hear from successful people that they allocate sufficient time for books despite having a hectic day. They are all rapacious readers. Famous people like Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Elon Musk attribute their well-being and success to the habit of book reading. In fact, Bill Gates once shared that he reads 50 books a year and takes reading vacations frequently. Elon Musk also stated that he learnt physics by reading innumerable books. A lot of successful people are not only great readers but they are also exceptional writers. Reading their works will give us a kick of high motivation and transform our ordinary mind set into a successful mind set. Sudha Murthy, for instance is a magnificent writer who pens up her thoughts in a very basic language yet stuffed with great morals and thoughts. She shares her experiences which taught her priceless lessons. Books allow readers to delve into the thoughts and experiences of them. They provide insights into different perspectives, fostering a deeper understanding of the world.

Reading books shouldn’t be pertained to some institute’s books. Rather, students should explore various kinds of books. They should explore various genres and know their ideal genre to study deep into it. The habit of book reading is contagious. If one, among our peer group starts it, the others will give it a try. This in-turn improves the quality of citizens in the society. Friends are the most influential part of our life. If you take the initiative and spread the idea of book reading, then your group will follow you. I’ve seen a family member of mine, who started reading books and he is making visible progress in his career and financial decisions.
